New registrations are handled directly in the student dormitories;
If you move out of a dormitory, we ask you to report this to your dorm admin as well, so that they can delete you from the database and reassign your IP address to a new resident.
You can only get an account in another dorm if the account in the old dorm has been deleted or the account has been transferred to the new dorm (but only the ZID can transfer accounts).
Every account (except server accounts) has to be renewed by the dorm admin every semester (deadline November 1st or April 1st) by proving your data (see "Registration").
